What are All-on-6 (All-on-Six) dental implants?
All on six implant is an innovative surgical solution for those patients who have lost most, if not all, of their teeth and suffer from their loose dentures. All on six Antalya provides a surgical treatment option for replacing a full set of teeth in the upper or lower (or both) jaw with just six dental titanium implants placed precisely at strategic positions and at certain angles. This will serve as a solid foundation to support a fixed full bridge (anchored by six implants to the jaw) that is natural looking, stable, durable and stays permanently fixed in place, providing the functionality and bite quality that you would expect from natural teeth.

All on 6 dental implants procedure in Turkey
1. Consultation and radiological scans
The patient’s expectations and needs are assessed. Radiological scans are performed to accurately determine the areas where the implants will be placed.
2. 3D Scans and treatment plan
A treatment plan is drawn up with the patient. A 3D intraoral scan is taken to create a digital model. This allows the implants to be placed perfectly in the designated locations.
3. Implants placement
To ensure All-on-6 procedure is comfortable, your dentist will administer local anaesthesia. They will then place the implants in the designated areas. You will not be left without teeth after All-on-Six implant surgery in Turkey.
4. Temporary zirconia prosthesis
The dentist will fit a set of temporary teeth for you to use for 6 months. After this procedure, the first stage of your implant treatment will be complete, and you can return home. Don’t worry! Our dentists will continue to monitor you during the 6-month period.
5. Dental controls
The osseointegration process is completed. The dentist performs radiological scans. Impressions are then taken to prepare the permanent dental bridge.
6. Final prosthesis placement
This is the final stage of All-on-6 procedure in Turkey. After the permanent prosthesis is placed, the patient is asked to check their bite. Any necessary adjustments are made.
What is the difference between All on 6 and All on 4 dental implants?
All on 6 implants contain 6 implants. As more implants are used, they attach more firmly to the jaw. As 2 more implants are used, the price is slightly higher. It is ideal for patients with good bone density. All on 4 implants, on the other hand, involve 4 implants. They are more suitable for those with insufficient bone density. This is because the implants are placed at specific angles, ensuring a tighter and more secure fit. However, these two treatments can also be used together. Generally, the bone volume is higher in the lower jaw and lower in the upper jaw. Therefore, All on 4 implants are preferred for the upper jaw and All on 6 implants for the lower jaw.
